Error on Live Stream Web

I faced the following error when i view video on server. I am able to live stream on Android, but in web i am not able to view

This is a fairly simple HTTP error. The reason you are able to access this on android is that, on android the request is sent independently without any `HTTP-Referrer` header attribute. But when the same request is made via web browser, the header attribute `HTTP-Referrer` contains the origin website name from which the request originates.(eg Viewora.com)

All you have to do is to enable CORS support for the s3 bucket. Please take a look at the below links to help you in doing this.

For the Past 20 Days I have been trying to get in touch with the Support of Castasy but none of them response to my mail. I got an email from Steve and He promised to help but uptil now nothing has been done.

The Issues is that, My apps cannot connect, when I try to get run the apps it will not authenticate and is given error.

Even the Website , http://52.7.120.137/app/live

Please I just got a Tech person, we need the precedure on how to correct this issue because we constantly have this issues every 3 days.

I need the precedure and the crendentials detail on how to resolve this
